We aim to be as friendly to the planet as we can so we don't include a printed receipt with an order unless it is requested.

Your order will be fulfilled normally within 3-5 business days + postal delivery time from your order. You'll receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped.

We recommend you Opt for tracked postage for your order to ensure safe delivery. If you do not opt for tracked shipping and your order sadly doesn't arrive we cannot be held responsible for its loss in transit but we will assist fully to locate and resolve any problems.

Please also note for international orders there is an option to upgrade your postage to tracked and signed for to ensure safe delivery of your item. Any orders that sadly go astray we have to allow time for it to be returned to us before we can replace or refund them.

Any orders being shipped to a place of work sadly we cannot be responsible if they are mislaid or lost after being delivered to the site, as such we highly recommend always posting to your home address.

If your order sadly doesn't arrive due to an address being incorrect or incomplete then sadly we cannot be held responsible for its loss and will be unable to offer to repost or refund it without a charge. Please make sure you check your address before ordering.

On the odd occasion, things can sometimes go wrong with shipping and this is out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived in the time frame given above then please get in touch; we'll do our very best to sort it out for you.
